Ann Podracky lives in Queens, is a graduate of the Queens College MFA in Creative Writing and Literary Translation, and is a member of the Oh, Bernice! Writers Collective. Her work has appeared in many journals and anthologies, including Hanging Loose, Women’s Studies Quarterly, Poetry and Performance, The Montauk Anthology, and Siblings-A Wising Up Press Anthology.
Senia Hardwick is a non-binary writer, activist, and MFA candidate at Queens College. They write poetry, flash fiction, and short fiction. Their work has been published by Calliope Magazine, Oddball Magazine, and Silver Birch Press, among others. Find Senia at www.seniahardwick.wordpress.com.
Gordon Haber‘s short fiction has appeared in journals like The Rumpus and The Normal School. He has also published three best-selling Kindle Singles. His nonfiction on the nexus of religion and culture can be seen in The Forward, Religion and Politics, and Religion Dispatches. His awards include a Fulbright Fellowship and a MacDowell Colony residency. He does not live in Brooklyn.
Roger Sedarat is the author of four poetry collections: Dear Regime: Letters to the Islamic Republic, which won Ohio University Press’s 2007 Hollis Summers’ Prize; Ghazal Games (Ohio UP); Foot Faults (David Roberts Books); and Haji as Puppet: an Orientalist Burlesque (Word Works), winner of the 2016 Tenth Gate Prize awarded to a mid-career poet. Co-author and translator of Nature and Nostalgia in the Poetry of Nader Naderpour (Cambria) as well as a recent recipient of the Willis Barnstone Prize in Translation, he teaches poetry and translation in the MFA Program at Queens College.
